The Minimailer 2 Extra is the most cost effective solution for low volume mailings, which require collation and the perfect solution to your more complex office mailing requirements such as invoices, statements and payroll documents. It has the ability to accumulate documents prior to folding and also has the ability to process a bottom left address position, without the requirement for a reverse flap envelope. By combining PFE's Optical Mark Reading (OMR) technology with a collate station, the Minimailer 2 Extra is able to read your documents and group them accordingly before folding them together into the envelope. This ensures not only time and cost savings, but also greatly increases document security. PFE indocs software can apply these marks to your documents, avoiding complex IT issues when automating your outgoing mail. This machine is also fitted with a high capacity Sheet Feeder, which is capable of holding up to 250 sheets.

PFE’s Maximailer SE Series offers total flexibility in today’s mail processing marketplace, from just a few hundred letters per day up to large monthly volumes. The Maximailer SE Series is available in 6 configurations that will deal with any application you may require, at speeds of up to 3,750 filled envelopes per hour. Each will process documents from up to 5 different stations, with a total thickness of up to Ľ”. The graphical display and operating software guide you through creating and running the most complex of applications, even allowing the document containing the address to be in any station. The Maximailer is a highly durable system, designed and built for performance, reliability and exceptional value.

The Maximailer has a large, simple-to-use graphical display and control panel, which guide you through every step of operation. By remembering your most common document types, the Select’n’Go function will enable you to program new jobs in seconds. Up to 20 applications can be saved and recalled by name.

Advanced Document Control (ADC)

Advanced Document Control allows for high speed collation of document packs resulting in high levels of productivity on multi-station applications. Documents are controlled by a Permanent Track Drive System, which provides consistent, reliable collation and insertion. The ADC System is constantly running without any start/stop action, eliminating any high mechanical load and increasing durability and reliability. The feeding and transportation of documents is controlled via software and the permanent drive reduces wear on the components.
